Informed to host Cyber Resilience Webinar for Digital Leaders

Informed’s Technical Director Tom Weeks will be hosting a series of webinars for Digital Leaders as part of the inaugural Cyber Resilience week. These sessions will address why digital transformation presents both an opportunity and an imperative to embed Cyber Security into an organisation’s ‘business as usual’.

These sessions will explore the key considerations of Cyber Security in digital transformation, including opportunities, benefits, risks and threats that can impact an organisation.  Tom will draw examples from his experiences of leading digital transformation projects across Central Government and the Private Sector, considering culture, people, process and technology perspectives.

Tom has over 10 years of experience in management consultancy and digital transformation and is a specialist in digital strategy and Enterprise Architecture. Tom works closely with a wide range of clients to translate their strategic goals into concrete transformation plans, target architectures and improved performance.  He has been instrumental in delivering a range of high profile transformational programmes across government, Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Telecommunications and Emergency Service Sectors.

The webinar is open to all digital leaders and we invite you to attend here: http://digileaders.com/events/webinar-security-design-digital-transformation/. Spaces are limited, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Tom Weeks, Technical Director and webinar host commented:

“The importance of cyber security has been amply demonstrated in recent months. Leaving the headlines to one side, there's serious work to be done as organisations move through their digital transformation journey and that's what we're going to examine in the webinar. It's about the less headline-grabbing work of considering all components including human and cultural factors, alongside the more obvious technical ones and ensuring security is designed into transformation programmes rather than being considered a discrete workstream or merely a technical development concern”.
