Sebastian has over 10 years' experience in the IS/IT industry and is an experienced, ITIL and PRINCE2 accredited Service Delivery Manager. He has managed Service Delivery for a number of national business transformation projects, delivering ongoing cost and operational efficiencies through continuous Service Improvement Plans that make use of emerging technologies.
Sebastian provides end to end management of all incidents and requests for enterprise level, business-critical systems, and is similarly adept in leading the delivery of a wide portfolio of services. These include Release Management, Availability Management, Change Control, Capacity Management, Risk Management, Customer Satisfaction Management and Disaster Recovery Planning.
In addition to his proven Service Management skills, Sebastian has assumed a range of key roles and responsibilities across several private and public sector engagements, including requirements analysis and specification, technical design and implementation, and delivering bespoke specialist GIS training.
Sebastian thrives on the fast paced, challenging and excellence driven culture at Informed Solutions, together with the wide range of projects that he has had the opportunity to be part of. In his spare time, he enjoys all types of sport, in particular Volleyball, skiing, squash and swimming, followed by an occasional pint (or two).
