A highly experienced Board director, programme director and business transformation consultant, Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience working at Board level advising on and leading successful transformation and enterprise IT programmes.

Elizabeth is passionate about making a tangible difference in whatever she does. Her personal values and beliefs are enshrined in those of Informed, namely Innovation, Excellence and Integrity, and are reflected in the exceptional quality of her unique team of employees.

In her early career, she honed her skills working internationally for blue-chip corporations including Unilever, Oracle and Hawker Siddeley before establishing an Australian based technology consultancy, InfoTechnics. She set up Informed Solutions in the UK in 1992 and has since built the company into a multi award winning market leader, trusted and respected in both public and private sectors in the UK and Australia.

As a member of the Cabinet Office SME Panel and techUK’s Main Board, Elizabeth is a key opinion former in the UK SME community. As an elected member of the National Board of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), she similarly demonstrates her commitment to making a positive and meaningful contribution to the Australian ICT Industry through enlightened advocacy and thought leadership.

Committed  to sustainable business and good corporate responsibility, Elizabeth champions important economic issues such as government spend with SMEs and the equitable treatment of SMEs (in many cases delivering innovation and high value specialist skills) within supply chains. She is equally committed to addressing the Digital Skills Gap and sees the integration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) into the national curriculum as being key to success in this area.

The continuing success of the Company's global scale up has recently resulted in key changes at Main board level, with Elizabeth assuming the role of Global CEO for the Informed Group, while remaining CEO in Australia.

Personal Perspective

Elizabeth believes that leaders should be both visible and accessible, to clients and staff alike, and she therefore divides her time between our UK offices in Manchester and London and Australian offices in Sydney and Melbourne.  She is an articulate and engaging public speaker, blogger and a highly influential champion of Women in IT.  In her spare time, Elizabeth likes to travel, enjoys theatre and ballet and is partial to an occasional cocktail .
