The final shortlist for the world's largest tech diversity event, the 2017 Women in IT Awards, has been revealed. Informed’s Global CEO Elizabeth Vega has been named as a member of the new Cabinet Office Small Business Panel. The panel, comprised of business experts from across the UK, met for the first time this week under plans to boost government spending with small and medium sized enterprises. The launch was led by Ben Gummer, Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General.
Global CEO Elizabeth Vega elected as Deputy Chair of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA)
Informed’s Global CEO Elizabeth Vega has been elected by her National Board peers as Deputy Chair of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA). Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience as a Board Director in the IT and Digital sectors, as well as advising on and leading successful business transformation and enterprise level Digital and IT programs. She has served on the AIIA’s National Board and Executive Committee for the past two years and succeeds Optus Managing Director, John Paitaridis as Deputy Chair.
